Batesville Introduces Designer Cremation Jewelry - Nambé® Pendants

Batesville Casket Company has announced the expansion of its Nambé® co-branding efforts with the introduction of Nambé cremation jewelry. These new cremation pendants are a unique and elegant way for people to memorialize by storing a small portion of the cremated remains of a loved one inside the jewelry.

The Nambé cremation jewelry line consists of three designs – Lilly by Nambé, Flight by Nambé and Strength by Nambé. Each of the unique and contemporary shapes is crafted from sterling silver and offers a form of expression that is both fashionable and loving. To create these signature pieces, Nambé craftsmen mold, pour, grind, polish and buff each piece to achieve the signature Nambé finish.

“The Nambé brand possesses a certain mystique and charm,” stated Mike DiBease, Batesville’s vice president of marketing. “For well over a year, our funeral director customers have had great success with our line of cremation urns and urn keepsakes created by the Nambé artists. Expanding this offering to now include cremation jewelry was the next logical product line extension.”

Batesville Casket is also launching a second line of more conventional cremation jewelry – their Modern Expressions line – in cross, heart and teardrop designs. These pendants offer a fresh twist on traditional style and, unlike many of the plated gold and silver cremation jewelry pieces that are available on the market today, these pendants are crafted of solid 14K gold and sterling silver. Like all Batesville and Options products, these new lines of jewelry are available through licensed funeral directors throughout North America.
