@U2 Swinging to the Music Parties to Benefit African Well Fund

The African Well Fund is pleased to have been designated recipient of all net proceeds from @U2’s Swinging to the Music pre-release listening parties which take place this Sunday, November 21st in Seattle, St. Louis and Boston. The parties are set to celebrate the release of U2’s new album How to Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to listen to the new album, which will be played at all three parties.

Though details vary by each city, all parties will include a variety of prize giveaways that all those in attendance will have a chance to win. Additionally, representatives from AWF will be on hand to offer updates on our latest projects, AWF merchandise for sale and information on volunteer and fund-raising opportunities. The African Well Fund, www.africanwellfund.org is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization founded by a group of U2 fans in 2002. AWF has held two successful fundraising campaigns to Build a Well for Bono’s Birthday and has raised over $50,000 since inception.
