Mr. Collura has personally negotiated hundreds of lease audit recoveries at properties in virtually every major North American city. He has extensive experience dealing with the most difficult private and institutional landlords and is an authority on the history of lease auditing as it applies to past and current practices. Mr. Collura's command of lease accounting coupled with proven management and negotiation skills set the tone of excellence for which CRS has come to be known.

As President, Mr. Collura will oversee all operations, assignment of staff, and project planning. He will spend the majority of his time working directly with CRS audit staff and clients in the resolution of claims and negotiations with property owners. Mr. Collura is an active member of CoreNet Global, the premier organization for business leaders engaged in the strategic management of real estate for major corporations worldwide. Mr. Collura earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.

In 1990, CRS was created to be the premier source of expertise and systems to understand, evaluate, and track leased real estate occupancy expenses.
