Barrett is a former Vice President of EDI Solutions for Ingenix Corp. as well as the past CEO of Claredi Corporation. He also served as President and CEO of the Medical Banking Exchange, LLC, and was previously National Practice Director of Healthcare at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He also serves as Executive Director of the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC), a not-for-profit national healthcare clearinghouse accreditation organization. Barrett is also Managing Partner of Barrett Consulting Group, LLC, an e-health think-tank and consulting organization.

Mr. Barrett continues to work on pivotal healthcare industry initiatives and to bring divergent stakeholders together in an effort to reach consensus on key issues and lay the foundation for a national healthcare information system that promises to reduce healthcare costs and improve the quality of healthcare in America.
