National Not-for-Profit Consumer Group Offers Innovative AirMed Traveler Membership

The Federation of American Consumers and Travelers (FACT) officially announced today that it has added a discounted AirMed Traveler membership to its growing list of travel benefits.
FACT has negotiated favorable terms for its members with AirMed, and when members join the AirMed Traveler program they will have immediate access to AirMed's global medical evacuation service. FACT and AirMed jointly agree that this benefit partnering will provide the American traveler with greater access to vital emergency medical care and an increased sense of security while traveling in the United States and abroad.
FACT is a national association of consumers. It was formed under the not-for-profit corporation laws of the District of Columbia in 1984, and presently states that it represents more than 1 million consumers nationwide. In addition to FACT's distinct programming and scholarships, FACT offers a travel-savings program called “FACTraveler.” This program includes hotel/motel and car-rental discounts, travel tips, free road maps, and general travel information.
